Protect Your Sponsor Licence Before a Home Office Visit
Structured mock audit, written risk report and lawful remediation plan - before problems become urgent. Reviews worker files, RTW records, payroll evidence, HR documents and SMS reporting.
We do not prepare false, misleading or backdated documents.
Sponsor licence compliance is a system - not a one-off check.
Employers must keep records, monitor sponsored workers, report changes through the SMS, and be ready to explain their systems during a Home Office compliance visit. AuditShield turns those duties into a practical review, dashboard and action plan.
See how we helpRecord-keeping gaps

Worker role gaps

March 2026 - new duty

“Most licence suspensions I see were entirely preventable. Not because employers were careless - but because they genuinely didn't know their obligations. I built AuditShield to close that gap.”

Why sponsors choose AuditShield
A fair view of what each option delivers. Most compliance tools are document stores with reminders - no adviser, no structured audit.

Common questions
Is AuditShield a law firm?
AuditShield is a sponsor licence compliance review and monitoring service. Immigration advice is provided separately by Roman Tabassum where formally instructed.
Is AuditShield connected to the Home Office or UKVI?
No. AuditShield is independent and is not a Home Office or UKVI system. It helps employers prepare records and systems for sponsor compliance duties.
Why have so many licences been revoked in 2025?
Over 3,100 licences were revoked in 2025 - the highest annual figure since the sponsorship system began in 2012. The Home Office moved from a 'warn then act' approach to direct revocation for compliance failures. Issues that were previously tolerated - late SMS reporting, incomplete HR files - now trigger immediate action.
What is the March 2026 employment rights notification duty?
From March 2026, sponsors must obtain signed acknowledgement from every sponsored worker confirming they have been informed of their UK employment rights. This is a new Appendix D requirement. Sponsors who have not yet implemented a process for this are already at risk. AuditShield covers this as part of compliance monitoring.
Can AuditShield guarantee that my licence will not be suspended or revoked?
No. No adviser can guarantee a Home Office outcome. AuditShield helps identify risks, organise evidence and prepare a lawful remediation plan.
Can you prepare missing contracts or documents?
We can prepare lawful current-dated documents and compliance notes where appropriate. We do not prepare false, misleading or backdated documents.
What if my licence has already been suspended?
If you have received a suspension, revocation or Home Office enquiry letter, contact Roman urgently for tailored immigration advice. Standard mock audit packages may not be suitable.
How quickly can I book a mock audit?
Most standard mock audits can be scheduled after the questionnaire and key documents are received. Delivery target is 5-7 working days after receipt of complete documents.
