Common questions

How do I choose the right mock audit package?
Packages are scoped by the number of sponsored workers. Core suits up to 5 workers, Standard up to 10, and Enhanced up to 20. If you sponsor more than 20 workers, or your situation is urgent, contact Roman for a bespoke Enterprise quote.
What is included in a monthly retainer?
Retainers provide ongoing monitoring rather than a one-off review. Monitoring covers the dashboard, reminders and trigger alerts. Standard adds SMS reporting support and a quarterly review. Premium adds priority support, action plan management and an annual mock audit. AuditShield tracks your reporting deadlines and prepares draft wording, but SMS reports are submitted by your authorised Level 1 User unless you separately instruct and authorise us in writing.
Is there a minimum contract length for the retainer?
No minimum contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Most clients stay because ongoing monitoring helps avoid compliance failures.
Can Roman help if UKVI has already contacted us?
Yes. The Urgent / Suspension / B-Rating service covers exactly this. Roman will review your position and prepare a structured action plan. Early engagement is critical - contact Roman the same day you receive any UKVI enforcement letter. Immigration advice is provided separately where formally instructed.
Do you have a package for larger or more complex sponsors?
Yes. Enterprise pricing is bespoke and suits employers sponsoring more than 20 workers, multi-site operations, or group structures. Contact Roman for a tailored scope and quote.
