Step 2 - Formal complaint
Submit in writing to info@theauditshield.com marked “Formal Complaint”. Please include:
- 1Your name and contact details
- 2The nature of your complaint and the service it relates to
- 3The dates the services were provided
- 4What outcome you are seeking
- 5Copies of any relevant correspondence
We will acknowledge your formal complaint within 2 working days and provide a written response within 20 working days.
Separately instructed immigration advice
If the issue relates to separately instructed regulated immigration advice, we will signpost you to the appropriate complaints route for that separate instruction. AuditShield cannot overturn Home Office decisions, UKVI outcomes or sponsor licence suspension/revocation decisions. Our complaints procedure covers the quality of services provided - not the outcome of any Home Office process.
