Worker Changes (10 working days)

Salary or pay change

Any increase or decrease to the worker's basic salary, including pay rises from performance reviews.

Job title or role change

The worker's job title has changed, or their duties have materially changed from what is stated on their CoS.

Work location change

The worker is now regularly based at a different site or address from what was listed on their CoS.

Working hours change

The worker's contracted hours have increased or decreased significantly.

Worker is absent without permission

A sponsored worker has been absent for 10 or more consecutive unauthorised working days.

Worker has left or been dismissed

The sponsored worker's employment has ended - resignation, dismissal, or end of contract.

Worker is not complying with visa conditions

You have reason to believe the worker is working in breach of their visa conditions or has committed immigration fraud.

Worker's immigration status has changed

The worker has obtained a different immigration status, applied for settlement, or has a new BRP.

Organisation Changes (20 working days)

Organisation address has changed

Your registered business address or main trading address has changed.

TUPE transfer or business acquisition

Your business has undergone a TUPE transfer, been acquired, or merged with another organisation.

Authorising Officer has changed

The Authorising Officer listed on your sponsor licence has left or changed role.

Company ownership or directors changed

A change in ownership, new major shareholder, or change of company director or partner.
